whats ur caloric intake off season. In the prime of my bulk I am gonna try an hit 5000 clean kcals. I might wanna try out ur training split too. You hold just the right amount of mass and leanness. Obviously alot comes down to muscle maturity but I like it!

Well, i hate to sya it this way..But when I was younger..yes, i could whoof down those kinds of kcals, 4600-5000 easy. But over the years, the metabolism, mine that is has gotten abit slower. It ranges from 4000-3500. In another thread somewhere here @prrs, we were talking about bulking diets. Well after my 04 show i dove into the bulking thing with full head of steam and ended up gaining way to much bdy ft. For a couple of years i was just so busy with stuff, helping my dad on the farm, a r/c surgery, and all the family things that i missed out on due the bodybuilding lifestyle. Although these sound like excuses, they arent, its just called ''life'' Whoops, that was a rant ...my bad So with that being said, If youre gonna do this, be smart, eat all the ''clean foods you need''. Allot of you younger guys look AWESOME, and have bright futures. props to you all.

The whole thing is to be patient, we all know that. And this isnt a dumb plug, its just the plain dam truth..Erics program will take you there along with a company like AAEFX and some qaulity whole food, you'll get there...

i did a straight fat boy bulk. What I did find to be a good food on the go was Two double cheese burgers from Mcdonalds. Minus the onions and cheese (onions make ur breath smell horrible). Take the 4 patties and put them on one set of buns. It delivers 40p and 40 c I think fat is slightly high but overall cals are 660o. Perfect for bulk and I dont worry to much about the white buns because I don t see my insulin spiking to high with the protein sidekick
