One question Rich, I see you take garlic every morning. What do you find it does for you? Do you take it for cardiovascular reasons? I have 2 cardiologists in my family and they take garlic. I have a few things I do but for a reason. Like at a good work out I totaly loose all use from waist down. BUT it all comes back to its crappy self. lol Blacking out comes from the increased blood flow to the worked muscles. Starving the brain of blood and O2. Kind of on same lines as throwing up doing a leg work out. When it is all you do. You do it hard and right. I am probably one of few Amitures that is full time BB. With no other job. This is my job. And I love it. The Garlic? - yes is for cardio and also it helps a lot in diegestion and metabalizing of food.

garlic sounds like a good idea I have digestion issues when eating so much meat. Might give it a try. I use it in my food constantly. Who doesn't love garlic?

May 12th, 9 days out. Sorry for not posting. B/W= 131.8 today.
A back and Bi day. Nothing exiting did ISO High and low rows. Lat pulldowns DB Shrugs, 13 sets plus warm ups.
For Bi's I did Seated Db curls and J.B Bb curls for 7 sets.
Bi's were sore so with me doing a Hand bike for cardio I skipped cardio today but will be doing hard squeeze posing tonight and ab's .

I can do them on the decline on the new bench we got, and it don't hurt my back. HAPPY DANCE
I still can only do them to the point of lifting shoulder blades up and that is it. But being able to do them some were other than couch is a improvement.
