I want to start the P RR S routine but i"m having a hard time deciding how to combine my groups for a 3 day split. I'm thinking of doing Chest / Back Arms Legs / Delts The problem is that legs delts day is going to be eternal and I think I will be tired on the delts if I do the legs first or the other way if I do the delts first. a great way to structure a 3 day split is MON-LEGS WED-PUSH ( chest, shoulders, tri) FRI-PULL ( BACK BIS) Any suggestions?

this thread was perfect for me. i was having the same problem. i never like to do any combination of chest/shoulders/tri because it's hard not to use tris when you're doing heavy chest or shoulders. i also like to super set to save time and i train 3 days in a row. so i decided to go with
chest/back legs/tris shoulders/bis
with my rational, i am still training push muscles 3 days in a row but i can come with fresh energy each time. plus, i get 4 days off after i finish.
