I like VPX's Synthesize and I think they have another too maybe called Anarchy. I recently used VPX shotung for pre workout and Synthesize for post and got awesome results. Only bad result is I gained weight while actually trying to lose it, lol..
I gained good mass and muscle while still trimming off some holiday weight 4 months later, haha

If I'm not mistaken, the only difference between the two is the stimulant in shotgun.

I like Synthesize a lot as an intra-workout supplement, but not as a post-workout supplement necessarily. Its BCAA & NO profile makes it a good pre- & intra- supplement, but its a waste to take a product with NO in it post-workout. For me, immediately after, I take in glutamine (EFX's LG5). Shortly after, I go with straight whey and a fast-acting carb source post-workout. Just my 2 cents.

i have had goo luck with the following:
1 1/2 scoop whey isolate 1/2 casien 10 grams creatine mono 5 grams BCAAs 10 pixie sticks
i mix it all together at the beginning of my work out, sip on it throught the workout (drink about 1/3 of the shaker), then drink the rest of the shake and eat the pixies afterwards.
i find it a hell of alot cheaper then buying and intra and post workout concoctions separately.
