I plan on starting this on Friday and documenting the whole thing in a journal. It should be an interesting adventure.

i'm keeping all my records, just don't have the time to post on here all that often anymore... i finished my three power weeks and am in the middle of an FDFS week before i start my 3 RR weeks... so far so good... weights are going up in everything which is never a bad thing!

This sounds great! Think I'll start this up next week. With work and the puppy I've had to take some time off, but I just joined a 24 hr key gym to fit in some more workouts.

I would give FDFS a 2-3 week run because it takes a few tries to get the weights and the movements down pat.

I'd like to try this myself. One question that Magician brings up...how do you structure your off-week? Or do you bother? You can break for a week after the first 9 weeks and then after the second 9 weeks. I WAS JUST GOING TO ASK THIS QUESTION... Looks awesome i am going to have so many things i can do with your program. it has evolved sooooo much since i have been away from the forums. after 6 weeks i get a little cranky and hard to focus but if i push 9 weeks and take a full week off i can handle it. no more babying myself and taking a break after 6 weeks. im going 9 weeks this time on my cycle as you recommend...then again i have to read my old logs i kept, i was probly doing 9 its just on typical cycle i went 6 with them "regular" old fashioned and closed minded workouts, hmmm? 9 weeks then! oh yeah!!!!

This site is great and I'm a HUGE fan of PRRS.
Quick question for you fellow burst cyclers...
Are you changing exercises at all during the 9 week burst cycle? In other words if flat bench is your first exercise for PPP are you continuing to do flat as your first during the RRR cycle? I know in original PRRS format the exercise selection would switch through each cycle, but I wasn't sure if that format was the same for burst cycling.
I'd really like to bring a couple core lifts up, but if I'm away from them for 6 weeks after power week (during RRR & SSS) I fear that I will lose strength as my body almost becomes unfamiliar with the lift even though I'm working in a similiar plane of motion with similiar movements.
I appreciate any help and thanks again The One for such a great program and great resource that this site provides.

This sounds pretty interesting maybe after my 1st-run-through of the (P/RR/S) cycle, perhaps I'll give it a try!
