I wish I was lean enough to only have to diet 12 weeks.

You guys rock.. 08 Jan 090515am CARDIO - 20MINS TREADCLIMBER/35MINS 10% INCLINE TREADMILL @ 6.5KMH Followed by Meal #1 for the day Strawberry Whey & Oats ;D Day off Weights today So I will endevour to get all my food prep completed as I head back out to work in a day.. then get ready for another Cardio Session in afternoon probably going to hit the stationary bike, I find this works well for me trying to lean out my lil legs . 08 JAN 09 - PM Cardio SessionAfter 1/2 hour or so after my last meal of a Yummy Egg White Omlette Cooked with flaxseed oil. I proceeded to jump on the stationary bike for 55min @ 140 - 150bpm... felt a little tired this evening but got out a good session regardless.. Yippee I cannot wait to train Legs again 2morrow (I just know it's going to be another brutal session)
