How is the soreness?? Mine has been kickin for 3 weeks. I'm not on BC I don't know what gives. It's supposed to be related to elevated progesterone. Is your pill progesterone based? Yasmin maybe?

Hey Mandy! Soreness is a little better, I just had my period. I am on YAZ!! I honestly can't believe how swollen they are! Ugghhhhh! It hurts to walk, let alone RUN. The stuff we women must endure.

Well it's been a week since I weighed myself and I gained a pound!! WTF??? Gotta bump up the cardio I suppose
Meal 1 oatmeal/protein coffee
Meal 2 Protein shake 1 tblsp Pb
Cardio 30 minutes
Meal 3 1 slice turkey 1 piece FF mozzerella cheese
Meal 4 FF cottage cheese
WO Bis POWER
Meal 5 ground beef (very lean) egg whites salad

Oh, come on with the 'more cardio'. One pound could be more muscle, a little extra water from ther day before. Maybe you didn't poop. lol (sorry, I had to throw it in there)

Yeah , I wouldnot worry about that one pound too much. Take it from a guy who can flucuate 5-6 pounds a day even when I weigh in at the same time. Figure that one out hahalol
