Here is a nice desert recipe you all may like, I myself have used on several occasions and let me tell you in the words of BORAT.... it's a-so-very NICE!
Mixed Nut Cookies (....TASTY little buggers)
Ingredients * 3 tsp Olivina (non-hydrogenated olive oil margarine) * 1 cup of Splenda * 1 omega 3 egg * 1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon * 2/3 cups Pecans * 2/3 cup peanuts * 2/3 cup crushed * walnuts * 3 scoops of protein powder (NF-Pro, but of course!)
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a mixing bowl add 3 tsp of Olivina, 1 cup Splenda, 1 omega 3 egg, and 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and mix.
Next, add 2/3 cup pecans, 2/3 cup peanuts, 2/3 cup crushed walnuts to the bowl. Finally, add 3 scoops of protein powder and mix well.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, scoop out 6 equal portions of the nut mixture, separating them about 2 inches apart from one another. Take a fork and gently press down on them, flattening the mixture into cookies.
Place into the oven for 6 minutes, or until you see the Olivina bubbling from the cookies. When finished, pull from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack, or on a plate. Serve and enjoy.
Serves: 8

Protein-Packed Chocolate (Pudding) MOOSE' Recipe. It is truly delicious, satisfying and guilt free!
The recipe is simple. Once you've got all the ingredients, throw 1 1/2 to 2 cups of milk, 1/2 a packet of the sugar free "fat-free" instant chocolate pudding mix (your flavor of choice), a dallop of cool whip (Kraft Cool Whip Fat Free is your best choice), and 2 scoops of NF-Pro in a blender and mix it. Then, place it in a bowl, throw it in the freezer for (about 15 minutes or so,) serve and enjoy!

This is a simple self-made condiment. I'm sure if you guys know how to create a marinade you could do it with this as well. I don't use this often, but sometimes I just need something different and I make my own HONEY MUSTARD:
Mustard Favorite Zero Calorie Sweetener (Stevia, Truvia, Equal, Splenda)
Mix until your desired flavor.
Off season you could add a touch of honey as well as the extra calories will be somewhat negligible for off season purposes. I just dip my chicken in it, but you could add Olive Oil and Vinegar and water to create a more viscous liquid taht could be used for marinading.

This is my favorite chkcen recipe: Cut chicken into cubes/chunks/strips Separate 1-3 egg whites depending on teh amt of chicken cooking Make a blend of 1/2 whole wheat flower and 1/2 reduced fat parmasean cheese Add garlic, oregano, & basil to mix Mix flower/parm/garlic/oreg/basil in a dish Dip chicken strips in egg white roll in above mentioned mix brown til a crisp in a heavy skilled coated with Olive Oil or ENOVA Oil Finish baking in oven at 350 degrees I like to eat plain or to pour a bit of frank's red hot on it for a kick. I also will serve it with Low Sugar marinara sauce and whole wheat pasta. Typically the pasta/marinara are for my ladies because I'm not a huge fan of either. Thanks so much for this man, I am going to make up a batch right now for dinner. Best.
