There is already an AAEFX facebook group. You can find it by searching for AAEFX.

As far as MS and FB, make sure all of you have friended me and any other board reps who have accounts, as well as AAEFX's page. Also, both Tank and I are on Twitter and this is just another avenue we can use to get EFX/PRRS out there. Taylor created a PRRS group on FB and perhaps one of you can create one for AAEFX as well. A blog on MS is a good place for a Q and A. Also, daily bulletins about products, etc are great for MS! Let's blow this thing up!!! (BY THE WAY...WHO IS COMPETING NEXT AND WHEN?)

There was an AAEFX group on facebook but it was lame with no pictures or news/links etc. So I made a new one -- www.facebook.com/groups/edit.php?gid=71350183654#/group.php?gid=71350183654Eric--maybe you can ask Brian and Flex to join this group as well. Also I am competing next in Summer 2010.

I like the OCB forums as well because those are natural bodybuilders, so whoever is not on those boards...get on them!

So Eric, how are you timing the use of these new AAEFX supplements throughout a given day? I feel that laying this out will not only help us board reps understand the importance of nutrient timing, but also be able to better help others plan their supplement usage. Thanks.

I think Brian and Eric are working on that. I'm also hoping between the two great minds that they create a ''intra''formula. I have a funny feeling its been talked about.. I would like to see Erics Swell from trueprotein take on the Dextro-Cyclodizedâ„¢ Delivery Technology.

Thanks. well Eric would know better than me, but from what I've seen Flex post and from my reading of the FWSS product descriptions, here is how I am going to use the FWSS: 30 minutes before pre-wo meal - LBA Pro 60 minutes pre-wo - Kre-alkalyn pro 30 minutes pre-wo - Nytric Pro ----workout--- 5 mins post-wo - LBA Pro, LG5 Pro, Cell Rush

I think I remember Brian saying that if money wasn't an option taking LBA Pro before all meals would be good, and since we are the luckiest guys I know.......
