A whole heck of a lot of fat loss, no muscle lost, and I'm still getting stretch marks. All while not being a "steroid eating dipshit". Yeah, what? ? Booyah.

Oh and I did 30 body weight with no assistance pull ups yesterday. Here's me a few days ago. Sorry for the awful resolution the camera is bad, and my posing sucks I haven't practiced with anyone, but you can see I've lost a ton of fat. I'm about 182-183 started at 225. Attachments:

Thank you dear! Eric and I were just discussing our goal for my physique- not just gratuitous hunks of muscle like so many women seem to have these days, just lacking flow, line, aesthetics, ART. We want me to be a work of art not just a piece of meat with a beat up face. We're gonna make me the one no one saw coming..... Plus most of the bb world thinks I'm dead. I'll be the phoenix rising from the ashes.

Yes, as you said, this also gives you the advantage over the other competitors, that's most excellent! You will do great, I just know you will. The photos don't lie, and you are looking great.

Thanks so much you guys! I think I'll post full body pics after I can get rid of this last 20 lbs and be around 15% body fat at that point. It's all about Eric though knowing how to sculpt masterpieces. His goal is for all of us to look as if we came down from Mount Olympus! Himself being Zeus of course lol. I want to be ripped by Halloween so I can go as an Irish Warrior Queen en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BoudicaI'm Scots/Irish on my mother's side. I'll look something like Braveheart LOL.

On another positive, and this I attest partly to goal making in body building and the effects of vigorous exercise, as well as renewing my faith in God through His Son, my main mental illness, Borderline, has been moved from an Axis 1 level to Axis 3. In psychiatry (the DSM IV) this is a very good sign. It means perhaps this illness is sort of "moving itself from my being", being purged. I still produce far more copious amounts of adrenaline than the average human, which can make me quite primitive when angry (we all have fight or flight within our limbic systems, it's just a part of evolution) but mine, and those like me, have an enhanced state of the primitive. We don't flight, we fight. I believe I've mentioned a woman who has been diagnosed a much shorter time than I, in a state of agitation she kicked through 2 panels of heavy glass. That's what the adrenaline does. And it serves me partly in a positive way, as I try to "tap into it" when lifting, which means I'm lifting far more than most of the men. However, I'm no longer coming up against chauvinism the more "buff" I get, unless I'm wearing baggy clothes and they can't see my physique. Then I get "do you want 10 lb plates on the bar?" from the previous user. I just laugh my buttocks off and say no, a 45 lb plate and a 25 lb plate, each side, thank you. That often incurs darkened brow lines, men thinking it's just not right and/or fair that a woman is a warrior. Anyways, I ramble. I'll take my leave. Thanks so much for positive feedback.

Thanks littlebear. Eric and I- it was Serendipity. We work so well together, his methods are just what my body needs and I'm able to perform them well.

Also, a word about genes. We all have genes inside our bodies that are little time bombs. Some are good, some are bad. For instance, on my mom's side, we're all directly descended from an Olympic athlete and the first Olympic Chairman. Most of us became runners or ballerina's. Around my age, when my sister changed from ballet to modern dance, her strength went through the roof and she got very muscular, huge quads. At around age 20 she started running marathons and triathlons. When I hit age 29 my hair, normally stick straight as a pin, went super curly. I mean like corkscrew curly. If I let it dry normally it's crazy how it went from so straight to suddenly I've got unruly curly hair. The gene for that "went off". I think when I hit 30-31 the gene for strength went off. I was always super strong prior, but as far as body building and gaining LBM and losing fat easily, that was new. On the bad side, my grandmother began experiencing dementia and Alzheimer's about a year ago. The gene for that "went off". So we're all very different, so different, with different genetic make ups. No one on other forums took that into account when I announced how much mass I had put on, they all mocked and harangued me, saying there was no way possible. It's also Eric's methods too. So there's that to take into account.
