Hi, my name is Craig. Thank you for the opportunity to join this forum. I am 37 years old and have been married for 7 years. My wife and I are the proud parents of two beautiful girls (the oldest 5 years and the second 5 DAYS!). My bodybuilding interest started in high school and initially lasted 5 years. I took 10 years off and went back when I was 33 years old. In that time I have made some huge steps in getting closer to where I want to be. Last year I competed for the first time at the San Jose Bodybuilding classic. Even though I took 12th place in my class (out of 12 competitors!) I felt I really accomplished something. I started my prep last February at a bulky 235 pounds and competed in July at a lean 166. The before and after photos were enough of a "win". Since then however, I have put back on some weight (abouth 30 pounds) and am looking for effective methods of keeping my bodyfat in control while still gaining muscle for my next contest in 2010. I am giving myself a full year to get in the best shape I can.

how is everybody doing today. Im new to the site. Im from dallas texas and been living in texas since 1998. Im was born a raised in Los Angeles but move to texas by force, which was the army. Texas is nice but I miss California. I been now working out about 1 yrs. When you in the service you are in great shape, but since I got out everything went flabby. Now I weight about 200. Im 5'7 but i know since i been working out some of that weight is muscle. Still need to lose some weight but I will get there.
I dont want to get as big like Ronnie coleman maybe half of ronnie coleman. When i started working out, I did not have a workout plan. I was over training and was not growing. I started looking in the website and found P/RR/s plan. Since I been in this plan my muscle get sour after each work out. Great plan. Thanks

Hey, my name's Ben, I'm from western Maryland. Been lifting on and off for about 2 years, but religiously for about 10 months. I'm roughly 6' 0" 170 pounds, 5-8% bodyfat. My goals right now are to get to 180 pounds while maintaining that percentage bodyfat, and score a 300 on the Army Physical Fitness Test.

Hey, my name is Bobby and I am from SC, 26 years old and have been lifting since high school but recently stopped during my first semester of law school. Over christmas break i sort of re-dedicated myself to getting in shape. Anyway, this is my first week using P/RR/S and so far (shoulders, biceps, triceps, quads and chest) I am really enjoying it.

Hello to everyone at PRRS. My name is Paul Revelia. My story is as follows. I have always been into lifting weights since high school. Sports were always first but my passion to build muscle never faded. I made good progress from time to time but often became frustrated by hitting plateaus. After college, and my baseball career was over, I got more serious with the gym. I lived in Ft. Lauderdale and worked out at Gold's in my early 20's and really made some good progress. Still I would hit plateau's and become frustrated from time to time. This went on until about 3 years ago when I discovered the world of natural bodybuilding. I am a lifetime natural and reading the magazines and taking thier advice I probably make more than a few mistakes. I found a video series by Layne Norton and a light went on in my head...I have been making steady progress ever since. I hired Layne to guide me to my first contest which I entered last year at the young age of 32. I entered the Novice division of the Mid Florida Classic and came out on top. Getting my body to that level of conditioning really taught me alot and now I am more excited than ever to make changes and get back on stage. My next show is going to be the NGA Universe in Ft. Lauderdale in November of 2009. I have attended the show the last two years and became friends with a few board members there. Kyle, Chan, Shoshanna and a few others come to mind. During the weekend of the Arnold classic I sat down for dinner with my friend Shoshanna and Eric Broser. They told me about the forum and I have been meaning to get on here ever since. Here are my stats and a few pics. 6'3" 235lbs, 205 on stage. I currently live in Orlando, Fl. I train at both Gold's and LA Fitness depending on which is more convenient for me. The last picture is with Kyle, Hossjob on this board. He is always way to tan from a guy from Ohio.... Anyways I am sure I have left a lot out but that is a quick run down. Feel free to ask any questions. I plan on lurking these forums and keeping in touch with a few friends. Thank you. Paul.

Paul, I'm stoked to have you on the boards. It was great to see you at the AC and I wish I could have sat down and had dinner with you. It's always a pleasure to converse with you on the boards and even moreso in person.
One day soon we will see each other again and get to HANG for longer than a few hours! Glad to see you here.
