awesome cant wait to do this for 3 weeks as recommended when time comes...
FIT: yeah I DEFINATELY HERE YAH! i am finishing up with my arms and delts SHOCK today and legs SHOCK tomarrow and when watching my fishing pole it was trembling and i had to re-focus a couple times HAHAHA!!! Mental and nevouse system takes a beating too but well worth the results. takes a driven/hungry person to do this program CORRECTLY with of course BALLS OUT INTENSITY!!!

Hello everybody, I would like to know if possible how many times a week recommended to go to the gym and what are the combinations of muscle groups during the cycle FD / FS.

Ok I love the P/RR/S by Eric I am entering my 7th week and have seen hardness and weight gain not experienced before. So I want to do FD/FS for couple weeks and I looked at your sample program, in your program there are seven different things is that one every day no breaks or is it done on a two on one off. Give me some idea
