-Warm-up set #1: 135 x 15 -Warm-up set #2: 185 x 12 -Warm-up set #3: 225 x 10 -Warm-up set #4: 275 x 8 -Work-set #1: 315 x 4 to failure I have a similar w/u omitting a few sets. 135x15 225x10 315x5-10 My CNS seems ready for the overload at this time and my system doesn't feel taxed.
