By "chest-specialization", what do you mean? Do you want to work chest 2x per week (one main workout & one mini-workout)?
Let me know and I will show you what I & others do/have done.

My chest has always been a weak point of mine, always lagging behind, ive got my mind-muscle connection nailed so im blaming it on genetics. By chest specialization i mean a split that will focus on my chest more than usual, ive been thinking maybe a normal chest day and then a light day later on in the week or maybe extra sets on chest day (bearing in mind i have only 4 days a week to work with) . My current split is: Monday- chest+biceps+abs Tuesday- legs Thursday- shoulders+triceps+abs Friday- back
I was thinking maybe a few sets after shoulders and before triceps? But i really dont know so any help is much appreciated.

so just to clarify, all of those sets are meant to be to failure within the given rep range correct? and also is it recommended to increase the weight used for each set? Thanks in advance
