If I ever start to get an ego about being reasonably strong, I just pop in here and get hit with a wave of humility. Great job as always Champ.

Yeah, I feel like I always repeat the same thing in Keith's journals.....the DUDE is just amazing. The only regret I have about Florida is not being able to meet Keith while I was down....ONE DAY MY FRIEND WE WILL MEET!
BTW, you've been incognito....where ya at?

Hey everyone...still alive! Been going through some serious personal issues this past month, but hanging in there!! Training has been hit or miss during this time, but I plan on hitting it hard again in the near future. Maybe I will just have to have Coach dream up a double split routine to make up for some of the lost time! Hoping everyone has a blessed new year.
Love your family...in time you realize that they are all that truly matters.
Be humble in your accomplishments.......those that are truly worthwhile speak for themselves
Selfless rather than selfish...a goal worth striving for.
NEVER give up!
Keith

MC I am very sorry to hear the news. I don't even know what to say. If one thing is good about this he is no longer suffering. One of the hardest things I've ever done in my life is move to Houston, away from my dad. I talk to him almost everyday but it is not the same, I miss him a lot. I could not even imagen him being gone.
Keith from the bottom of my heart I'm sorry to hear about this. My thoughts and prayers go to you and your family.

Just an update: My father passed away on Monday morning. Thankfully he was pain free and went in his sleep. He had been seriously ill for some time and if it had gone on any longer he would have suffered greatly. I am glad he did not have to go through that. He would have been 80 this coming July. He taught me many things in life, most importantly that as a husband and a father I MUST ALWAYS put my family ahead of all else. He also taught me that there is an inner strength that can far surpass that of the physical type. I will miss him greatly......... Keith Keith, I am truly sorry for your loss. I can say without reservation that if your father was even close to the man that you are then the world is a worse place without him. My condolences to you and your family. Taylor
