5 am wake up 2 pee drink 23 grams whey iso 730 3-4 egg whites 3-4 whole eggs scrambled 1/2 cup oatmeal [ only complex carb i take in] 830/900 train.. sipping on glut/bcaas/eaa's/ creatine..mixed with cystal lite, this varies as well if its fd/fs, then theres some carbs added[malto or wms] 1030 post wo 100 grams carbs [wms] 50 grams whey iso[ trueprotein] 1230/100 pm 6-7 oz beef burger or elk/vension 2-3 cups mixed broc/beans 245 venison jerky snack 10 almonds[raw] 500 pm 6-7 oz chic breast 2.5 cups romaine lettuce with 1.5 tblsp o/v 800 pm 6 oz tuna 2 hard boiled eggs mashed together 1100 pm 23 grams whey 1 serving thinfat 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese from am-pm i drink 1.5 -2 gallons h20 also throw in a snack of BODYFX-CSM Cell Swell Matrix 2 times a day I have a cheat meal on saturday noon or sunday mornings, that way the meal doesnt sit there over night. Next wk i mix my proteins, like 4 oz beef with 4 oz tuna or 4 oz diced steak with 6-7 egg whites.

10/27/08 chest tri all warm ups in FLAT d-b press 90x12,95x12,100x11,110x9,8 smith incline[no spotters] 230x10,240x10,260x8,275x8 assited dips 3 sets x 15 pushdowns 150x7,140x8,130x9,100x12 skulls grrrrrr, cant recall wt used 4 sets reps varied from 10-14 2 sets r-g push downs 80x12,60x15...7 x reps at bottom wted crunch with 95 lb db 3 sets 10-12 reps each set wt knee to chest using 25 lb d-b 30 min post cardio 100-200 pm walk with dog thru woods.

Thanks iron, i had a awesome wk of wts, just to busy to post them. stayed on track with the diet, BUT, i will admit that its been a hard night here at the school with all the Halloween parties for the little kids...Man for the sugar...YUK. I have been getting up a bit early to my morning cardio, 60 min walk jog with the dog through the ski trails. 3-4 hrs later i get my wts in plus 15 min HIIT cardio. I'm pleased with the wts are coming back after my spill earlier this yr. My rt knee feels good and even back to squatting again, but my main focus for my legs will be working on my hammies. I have some finishing touches on the cabin before winter, not thrilled about leaving my house project go another wkend, but theres only one me, so i guess i'm the man for the job, LOL..

After hoisting the 110 db up for inclines my rt shoulder feels like crap, i made it through work this eve, but i'm ? what the hell happened and what it is, i train back in the am along with some post cardio, time will tell!

Don't you just love this thing we call our "lifestyle"? Everything we do, the envelopes we push to build our physiques. Sometimes the body pushes back I guess. Hope it isn't too serious, big tank!

It was the last set of 4 sets, although it didnt feel bad when i was on the last rep either, i quit for the day and finished with cardio. I didnt work out today, i iced/heat repeat, light stretch etc, this eve at school it feels fine, will get back and bis done asap in the morn!!!
