Whatup everyone!! I am a newbie and looking forward to being involved here. I got seriously into lifting after my basketball career was over about 3 years ago. I guess you could say I was tired of being the "skinny athletic guy". I have tried all sorts of various training programs and intensity techniques and made gains and improvements beyond what I ever imagined. I went from 165 lbs to 190 lbs in about 2.5 years. Recently I hit a plateau and am desperate to bust through it. Currently, I am 190lbs at 12%. My goal is to be 215 at 8% bf. I want to be the guy that makes heads turn when I step in somewhere. I want chisled abs, arms and powerful legs. Lol, I want it all!! ;D
I came across PRRS training on bodybuilding.com and was hooked since then. After I read the testimonials on prrstraining.com, I knew this was the type of training I would thrive in. I just ordered a program from Eric and am excited to begin my journey of PRRS training. I can't wait to learn and grow as I put to practice these principles. Everyone here seems so chill and supportive. I know whatever questions come up, someone here will help me. That is definitely encouraging.
Let the sweat, blood and tears begin!!!
