WAZZUP!!! Pleased to become a part of this community! Little about myself. I began working out about a year ago when I got "ab"solutely fed up with the way that I looked. I am a 36 year old that used to be somewhat athletic back in the day. Last year I was out of control with my weight and how I looked. I am 5'11" and at the time I weighed 280 lbs.(whoa!!!) I began to workout to lose some weight and get back in shape again. Well a year later I began to get serious about lifting. My stats now are Height: 5'11" Weight: 250 Body Fat: 24% Total BF: 60 lbs Fat Free Mass: 190 lbs. I have recently began a low carb diet and have began multiple supplement regiment. I have also began a shape, size, definition routine that I found on the Muscle and Strength website. My goal is to get down to at least 225 lbs. with some definite definition by Summer with only having a 3 (maybe 4) day a week workout schedule due to other things that my schedule consist of. I am hoping that it is possible to obtain that goal as I have already came a long way in a year and have been successful at at least gaining a little definition. I still have a huge spare tire syndrome that I am trying to overcome. I am always open (and welcome!!) any helpful suggestions and tips from people that have successfully sculpted their bodies. Thanks to all and look forward to gaining a few new helpful partners to help me gain my goals. A support system is never too small. ;D

Welcome bro! The P/RR/S system help you out a lot on losing the extra weight. It has worked awesome for me.
Any questions about it just ask and the expects will assist in any way they can.
