Whats up guys and gals. Found out about this style of training through the bodybuilding.com boards and want to learn everything I can about it and implement it into my own training.
But first a little about me: I am 19 and just started my freshman year at the University of South Alabama last fall (majoring in Sports Nutrition/Sports Medicine). I started lifting my freshman year in high school for football (strongside backer then moved to Dline) and just fell in love with it. Been learning and improving ever since. What draws me to lifting is finding out about my body and pushing it's limits, the human body fascinates me (hence my major) and I love learning as much as I can about it.
Very excited about becoming apart of this community and learning as much as I can
(oh yeah, in case you were wondering about my name, I am a member of Kappa Alpha Order (a fraternity on campus) and Sunshine was my pledge nickname because of my intense long hair at the time =) )
