Hey Guys,

I've been researching new training methods and I think I found "The One." My story, I got tired of people commenting on my gut so I did something about it. Last August 08 I starting my new lifestyle with a clean diet and regular weight training. Purchased $3,500 worth of PowerTec equipment for less then $1,400 (Thanks Craig's List). I went from 250 lbs, 24% BF to my current weight of 196, 12%. I focus on dropping the body fat now it's time to pack on the MASS. Thanks for having this website.

You came to the right place! Many of us here have been using PRRS and now FDFS for a couple of years now and it never gets old! In fact, I have a hard time envisioning ever using anything else.
