Hello everyone!
My name is Anthony Bevilacqua, i am a 21 year old certified personal trainer and competitive natural bodybuilder training out of new york! I have been training seriously for about 3 years now and was introducted to PRRS ideas and concepts by Joe (Tigerstealth)
I have been a trainer for almost 5 years now and I have a serious passion to help everyone achieve their goals and it shows through my own hard work and dedication. I was nominated by my clients for Bodybuilding.com’s Trainer of the month www.bodybuilding.com/fun/personaltrainer_6.htm
My goals in bodybuilding is to one day be a WNBF Pro! I have competed in 4 shows, my best placing was at the OCB Mid Atlantic where I took 3rd place in the open middleweight class. With 3 weeks remaining in my prep i was diagnosed with Nerve entrapment in my left shoulder...i went from benching 315 to 95lbs within a week! It was very mind blowing for me but i decided to stay strong and finish my prep and sure enough i did well!
The road to recovery is going really well, i have brought my strength back surpassing the level i was at
I have competed in natural powerlifitng events and took first!! My alltime best lift was a 515 deadlift
At the Arnold Classic this year i also tied the records for deadlifts
Doing 200lbs for 55 reps
April 25th i have a bench press meet i am training for then its fully on for PRRS
I am very excited to try the PRRS system! I am very detailed in my training logs so you guys will hopefully be able to watch me drastically change my body! I am looking for gains in muscle size and to increase my strength...Lets see if PRRS can get me to the PRO LEVEL!!
