Hello fellow bodybuilders, my name is David Turk and I am a 21 year old Natural Professional Bodybuilder. I recently obtained my Natural Pro Card by winning the Overall title at the 2009 NGA Natural Pittsburgh Bodybuilding Championships!
My goal: Is to learn, I still have a lot, A LOT to learn and would definitely benefit from any help!
My goal in this offseason: is to gain as much lean mass as possible, my weight goal is 10lbs of lean mass!
Future plans: My goal is to compete on the pro stage after a 2 year productive offseason. When I compete as a professional I want to win, I do not want to compete just to compete. My main goal in the future is to become one of the top natural bodybuilders in the world!
Bodybuilding bio: I have been training since I was 13 years old. I started by buying a weight set when I saved up enough money and then was given a weight bench by a relative. I worked out in my basement for about 2 years until I actually went to an actual gym. I have always been very dedicated, the longest time that I have taken off from training consecutively has been 3 weeks and that was because I did not have transportation to the gym at the time. I have been correctly training for bodybuilding for only about 2 years and have only had 1 good offseason. My first offseason was before I competed in my 1st bodybuilding show and it was a dirty bulk, I bulked up to 251lbs (fat..). This past offseason I got up to 241lbs in the AM and was measured at 17%bodyfat right around 235lbs. This past offseason I also followed the Max-OT training regime for a few months and my strength exploded through the roof! (405lb bench, 625lb squat, 425lb bb row etc....) My training partner and I go at every training session with full intensity, I do not believe in wasting time in the gym. I look at every single workout as a stepping stone to improving my physique and hopefully taking me to that next level. I have obviously been blessed with good genetics to have obtained my Natural Pro Card at such a young age but I have also been very dedicated and worked extremely hard as well. Countless times I have been congratulated around my universities campus and have been told...The hard work is finally paying off... and I love hearing that every single time.
