Hi everyone. First of all I have to excuse my bad English. I am from Europe and haven’t been writing English for maybe ten years. I am 24 years old, and have been lifting for 1,5 years now. I look at my self as a weak beginner and still skinny fat. looking for something new and was wondering if I am ready for prrs training. I read in a different forum that there are hybrids of prrs for beginners. My gains and progress have always hit a plateau after 2-4 months (training in younger days also but given up because of lack of gains) and after that nothing seems to work. I am kind of frustrated and do not want to quit again, and hope the answer to my problems are prrs training. What is the best approach to prrs training (if I am ready ). Should I buy the prrs e-book,dvd or maybe the book “Building The Perfect Beast… naturally” ? I am 193cm and 97kg/211 Ibs, and people see me as tall and skinny. My goals are to be the best I can be, naturally of course

After 1.5 years of lifting you are no longer a beginner and can start using PRRS. Also, you should not be hitting any plateaus this early on in your training, so it is apparent something is not right!
Make sure your diet is proper, and that you are using a few good supplements. Also, you must be getting enough rest and sleep in order to progress.
I would recommend you get both the PRRS DVD and E-book, but if you can only afford one, then I would say the DVD, so you can visually interpret the proper form and see the principles in action.
Also, feel free to ask questions of the members here who have plenty of experience with PRRS!

Thank you for your personal respond, I know you are a busy man. I will buy both then, because I have heard so much positive things about you and your training system The problems in my training in the past have been as you said bad nutrition, lack of sleep. But also problems with to high volume, combine with to high intensity typically pro bodybuilding training (not exactly natural training system).
