Hi everyone my name is Sam, I'm from Egypt but live in the U.K, I'm 17 years old been working out since I turned 15, I guess I expected waking up with a 8-pac and huge biceps, I've been reading about bodybuilding and nutrition for a year and a half now, but I haven't gained so much muscle to be honest, so far I bench around 75 kg and curl around 30 kg, I haven't been seeing gains for a while, untill once I was looking through BB.com forums and I saw this PRRS program, what motivated me the most was Eric and his amazing physique and all the comments made about PRRS, so I decided to go on the website and check it out. I've started my first PRRS cycle yesterday, but unfortunately couldn't go gym today (exams), I would like to thank Eric and everyone on these forums for the very usefull information I've read on the forums so far. Sorry about my wall of text I'm just quite excited

also sorry for questions so early but today was supposed to be my quads/hams day, when can I make up for it? also today I really messed up with my diet, ate twice so far and its 16:45 here xDD, and what I ate was something completely unhealthy (pizza like sandwiches, cookies) I know that the body processes max 30 grams of protein per 2 hour (although not sure you guys are much more expert in this), is it ok if I just eat mad protein in the middle of the day to make up for the meals I've skipped (was trying to stay light for the exams)

Thank you for all of your kind words and for joining us here on the PRRS forums...the home of true PRRS expertise!
As to your questions, just make up the workout on the following day when you miss one, and push the other workouts back a day each as well.
With the diet, you cannot "make up for" missed protein by gorging on a huge amount in 1 or 2 meals. Protein intake must be evenly spaced and consistent throughout the day. However, all of us have off meals and off days, so when it happens just do your best to jump right back into the proper diet. Also, you should always carry around protein bars and healthy snacks like beef jerky or nuts in case you get stuck and can't get a good meal in.

Yes it is! I'm telling my freinds that bodybuild about it, I tried to get the DVD but my credit card wouldn't work, I think I'll buy it with a freind's and give him the money . Another question working out my back today when I worked out my lower body yesterday, is that o.k? Or would the legs repairing from yesterday's working out lag the repairing of the back since they are both major muscle parts, but the lower body much bigger? Cheers in advance.
