Hello all, just joined the forum after reading some about prrs and am looking forward to staring the program. I have managed to go from 148lbs at 7% body fat to 192lbs at 15% bodyfat over two and half years of training following John Berardi (scrawny to Brawny) Max OT and now Doggcrapp. I cut down to 170 lbs (tanita read 11.5 % bodyfat and calipers read 5.9%) and lost quite a bit of strength but have come pretty close to making it all back at 180lbs. I have since reached a plateau in several exercises and am looking forward to changing up rep ranges and targeting different muscle fibres with prrs. Here are some photos I took when I was 170 lbs and haven't updated them yet but will before I start prrs so I have a baseline to judge from I am eating 4100 cals a day on gym days and 3500 on off days and it has taken 5 months to gain 10lbs (fat and muscle).
