Does anybody stack these supplements together? I know VPX has their NOShotgun and NOsynthesize...that has the Creatine, Arginine, Glutamine, BCAA. But I was wondering if anybody did their own Cocktail mix of powders/tablets throughout their day? I was using vasocharge and Xtend during my workouts...good combination of ingredients. 10 grams of creatine is a lot! (protocol you listed above)

Oh yeah..there use to be a mix called "THE ONES" cocktail, which was a mix of arginine, creatine, and glutamine and you would tkae it 4-5 times a day. But now that we have discovered Kre-Alkalyn, creatine mono is a thing of the past. So with KA you only need to tkae that pre and post workout and your done with your creatine for the day.
Now as far as a bcaa, you oculd go to bulknutrition.com and buy just plain nonflavored bcaa powder in bulk for a decent price or if the pocket allow sit go for scivation's xtend. awesome flavors and definitely a good product.. And you could also go to that same website and but arginine in bulk as well and mix it in with your bcaas.

the cocktail was creatine, bcaa, glutamine..
i've tried xtend and i think it is a really tasty product.
For some reason though, the Cocktail from Trueprotein really changed the way I "look" a few minutes I drink it. It is something strange. I look harder. So far I haven't had a product that does that, even if I try to mix my own Cocktail.

Oh sorry about that I was thinking bcaa, but was reading an article on arginine on another site at the same time..oops. ..well then if that previous "cocktail" you bought before worked, why not just continue to use it. If its not broke then dont try to fix it.

I stopped using BodyFX cocktail because I just don't feel very confident in taking so much creatine with all the articles warning about Creatinine dangers.
There were 2g Creatine Ethyl Ester per cocktail drink, and was taking 3-4 times a day of the cocktail.
So after the Bodyfx Cocktail, i replaced it with XTEND, which was the BCAA/Glutamine supplmeent without the Creatine. Very good, but result doesn't seem to be the same. Recovery I assume was still high.
My assumption was that the Ratio of BCAA/GLUTAMINE was not the same as the cocktail (5g BCAA/ 5g Glutamine) and that was why the result wasn' t the same. So I decided to buy my own non flavored BCAA and L Glutamine and weigh it out myself.
That's how i ended up now.
With KreAlkalyn though, I don't think I have to worry about the Creatinine issue. So now I'm wanting to form a new Cocktail containing the Glutamine/BCAA....add to it Arginine...and also supplement with Krealkalyn.
According to the AAEFX website, Arginine should be a TAblet form, because of the limited amount of time the Powder form will last in the body. Tablet is more efficient.
The only thing that bothers me with the Nytric EFX is the thing about PH conflict with Krealkalyn. I know Coach takes it no problem, but I always take studies, and manufacturer's direction into account.
So yeah...long story.

Creatine & BCAA are useful; but AAKG has been invalidated through a myriad of ongoing journal publications - most startling is that years ago when NO2 (the impetus for the current AAKG hype-crazed frenzy we see) by MRI, was all predicated on an intravenous administration of AAKG. If you extrapolate the original dosage and convert it over into a linear oral ingestion and efficacy resultant, it would be over 40 grams, which would elicit puking and muscle cramping, among other equally as debilitating side effects.
Even BCAA's, in regards to the overall balanced and planned strategic nutritional protocol that a resolute athelte should steadily be practicing, the copious amounts of meat and supplemental protein powder sources should supply more than enough comulative BCAA's throughout the day to pretty much render pure BCAA supplementation a moot point.

BCAA from meat is only like what.... 20-30% of the overall protein?
