Hey. How are you all cooking up and serving your ground beef? I'm mostly using chicken and steak right now in my diet. But I'm trying to become more versatile and what have you, but I really don't have any recipes for ground beef except for burgers. And...I like burgers, but not that much.

i eat lean steak and ground buffalo meat.
I don't do anything special, even though i do know how to cook.
It turns into a chore if the meal only lasts 10minutes, but your cooking is 20minutes long.
I just throw the meat on the skillet, season it with spices, and sometimes just leave it as is....and then plate it.

I either eat it as burgers or put it in with my eggs which is one of my favorite meals!

Yeah. I'm starting to get into using eggs for meals a lot more often. They're just easier on my system sometimes. That sounds like a great idea though.

I like to put franks hot sauce on mine while its cooking so it soaks in the meat. I also like to add some diced onions in there and if I can even sometimes some salsa.

I usually just break it all up in a pan and throw a little lawry's seasoning salt on it

I'm lazy. I cook it in a pan with pam spray and eat it. It's good. LOL. I've been opting for Chuck Tender Steak (3.5 grams fat/4 oz) and 96% Lean Ground Beef (4.5 grams fat/4 oz)

I think the most ubiquitous way of cooking cow, is the ole' standby created by the former heavyweight champion of the World. I never by anything more fatty than 93%, and as of late I have simply been frying up a measured 6-8oz in a pan; it requires some tender loving attention since you have to flip it, but it retains a lot more moisture and taste - mission accomplished!

Lean Beef for me (93% lean).
I grill it of oven roast it.
Beef hands down blows chicken off the farm (PUN def intended) as far as mineral content goes. Natural traces of creatine and carnitine.
I usually eat it about 3-4 times a week..
