Hey guys,
My name is Brad and I just recently turned 20 years old. I began training about two years ago, taking some time off here and there for various reasons. I just recently began training very hard again a few months ago, and am completely addicted again, and loving it! Working out is by far the highlight of my day, and even when I'm not at the gym, I spend a decent amount of time reading various bodybuilding websites.
The other day I ran across a forums thread regarding Eric's PRRS routine, and it immediately caught my eye. The concept seams brilliant, and am looking to begin my first POWER week within the next day or two. I plan on using a 4 day split, with the layout of:
Monday: Legs Tuesday: Chest and Biceps Wednesday: Off Thursday: Back Friday: Delts and Tris
This was basically my split before, and after reading several posts, I would guess that this is the best split for the PRRS system. If anyone disagrees, I would love to hear your opinions on it.
Anyways, I just thought I would introduce myself, and I hope to get to know you all a bit better! A preemptive thank you to all the help and advice I'm sure I'll receive from you guys, as this board seems extremely friendly!
PS: I was considering purchasing either the E-Book or the DVD. Any thoughts on which would be the smarter investment?
