My girl friend is looking to take some different supplements.
She has mentioned creatine and others... I was wondering what everyones take on females taking creatine is?
what about NO Shotgun or Synthesize or other pre wo things
i have suggested BCAAs as well...
any opinions or suggestions would be great!

The benefits of creatine should be the same in females as it is in males since the mechanism of action is independent of sex. Keep in mind that AAEFX has a creatine specifically marketed to females. I would start by making sure she has the basics covered with a good multivitamin, etc. BCAAs/Glut will have similar benefits in females as well.

You've got it right with BCAA Jon. Taylor gave good advice too. Keep in mind though that women are often times more sensitive to stims than men, unless they are stim junkies. I know Kristy has been having some success with halfing the dose of Primed Ultra before her runs. Also, look into a good chelated mineral for her, obviously containing calcium.

I'm a chikee babe and have been using creatine (various brands, been a creatine brand tart so I'll give anything a try ) for years no side effects thus far ;D.. As per Coach's plan I am to have 5g with my post workout. Have just ordered KA PRO from Bodybuilding.Com to give that a try to see how this works for me. I am hoping to write a journal on my progress etc just to see if there are some obvious changes to my physique and overall well being ? yeehar
