Has anyone heard of this and/or tried it? Ive read about it a few times over on t-muscle.com and was somewhat interested in it since i have a wedding coming up. ive been eating right and dietting and doing cardio and ive been losing 1-2lbs a week for the past 45 weeks or so. im happy with this, but would like to lose more. here are my stats if it helps: 6'-2" 285 waist - 40" chest - 60" neck - 20" (i only know these from tux fittings...) last time i got my bodyfat tested was about 6 months ago and it was 22%, but i was at about 296 at that time too. i havent been following any real serious diet, just keeping my calorie intake lower than what i burn at the gym and throughout the day (estimated numbers). any thoughts?

Is this the diet where you are limited to one solid meal per day and the remainder are shakes?

It seems to me that this diet fails to take into account the thermgenic properties of food. It takes energy and thus calories to digest the food. An e-book by Tom Venuto called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (among others) addresses this. This might be a good read.
