Just received Kre-Alkalyn and Nytrix EFX. Dosing?

Hi guys,
Finally received my Kre Alkalyn order.
I will start this tomorrow!
It says on the bottle take 1 pre-workout and 1 post-workout? How much time is the best? 1 30 minutes before and 1 right after? I am 175 lbs by the way, so I think 2 caps should be alright?
It's only 1.5g a day, when I was taking Green Mag, SizeOn or plain mono, it was 5g per day. Is this fine to take only 1.5g per day?

About the Nytrix EFX (not the pro one), it says 2 pills 3 times per day. Is it better to take it near workout or before meal 1, meal 3 and meal 5 is fine?

I take my KA 45 min prior to w/o and immediately Post workout.

On the nitrix pre meals 1, 3 and 5 is perfect.

If I remember correctly, I think you are 185-190 lbs, do you take 2 pills per day?

Yeah I was 187 this morning and I take the recommended dosage of 2 a day (one pre and one post). I am still gaining strength every week at 2 pills a day and I actually haven't been taking it on my off days......

See with KA it abosorbs at such a higher rate than CM that you dont need to take as much to see results. CM has a terrible absorbtion rate, plus the extracellular water retention.

I have been doing 2 before my w/o and 2 post workout. But now I am around 200lbs. Then I take my Nytric Pro 3 times a day just like d1 said, but I usually make sure my 2nd dose is before the gym.
