Hi,
Do you take Creatine on Rest/Off Days?
If yes, how to you take it?

I still take mine on off days. I just take it in the morning. My reasoning for still taking it is to make sure the muscle stays saturated, and with less activity it has a better chance.

Creatine, and beta alanine for that matter, should be taken on off days. The reason for this is that the purpose of supplementing with these is to ensure that your muscle cells are saturated in terms of intracellular content of these amino acids. Supplementing with them on both training and non-training days helps accomplish this.

In my humble opinion creatine on off days only needs to be at half dose and not full. I.e. instead of 3grams only 750mg-1.5g. My reason is that your not doing anything on the off day to really deplete your muscle creatine levels. thats why i say on off days/rest days half dose....
