Okay my question is, does Protein(amino acids) and Fats (fatty acids) have to convert to glucose in order to go through the kreb cycle to produce ATP?
Or does glucose, amino acids, fatty acids all go through kreb cycle just as they are and broken down?

From what I read, glucose is not the only way to make ATP. It is just a more direct way. Proteins and Fats also produce energy. The byproduct of this is carbon dioxide and water. Proteins and fats also contain Carbon and Hydrogen which are needed for the process.
