I have not posted on here in eons, but just wanted to let everyone know that I'm back! I partially tore my pec last feb and it was a serious blow to my ego! It not only affected my push movements, but a ton of other exercises like deads as well! I hope to get back to doing what I was able to do before I was injured, and to get a lil leaner also! Its seriously awesome to know that a bevy of members from the original VPX board are alive and kicking to say the least! I look forward to learning from all of you, again!
