Hello SteelBeauty is back! I decided to get back on here mainly because i love the sport but also because Arny has been begging me to come back : ) My name is Sarah and I am Aaron's wife (Ivan Drago) Although most of you already know me I will tell those of you who don't a little about myself. I am pretty much a sports fanatic. I love any type of contact sport. I played Basketball most of my life and in high school i played soccer and track. I love football more than any other sport though, it's just a shame they don't have a girls league because I'd love to rough some people up ; ) When Aaron and i first started dating I had pretty decent muscle tone from all the sports i was involved in but what came as a shock was that i wasn't as strong as i thought i was or looked. I started lifting with him on a consistent basis and had to really start over in weight because my form was completely wrong in almost every exercise i did. After learning proper form i could really start to see changes in my physique...much more muscle tone and i just felt better all around. Since then I have loved and kept on lifting as Aaron's training partner....just recently though i lost all motivation to do anything for about 3 months. I stopped watching what i was eating, i didn't want to do cardio and i maybe lifting 7 times in three months. I cant explain how i felt it just felt like a chore to do anything. But now I have finally gotten my charisma back and I'm actually more motivated than i have ever been in my life. I struggle big time with dieting or "eating clean" and the longest Ive ever eatin clean for is 7 days. Ya pretty pathetic.... but i guess i just love food : ) As of today i have dieted for 8 days and done cardio 6 out of the 8 days. I am back to lifting consistently and i love it! Aaron bought me my favorite supplement in the world for Christmas (plasma jet) and i am getting amazing pumps with that stuff. Now all i need is some VPX chocolate peanut butter bars for my post workout meal and i will be set lol Right now i am contemplating doing my first show, but i am extremely nervous. I told Aaron that i don't want to put the pressure on myself of saying i am going to for sure do a show unless it gets to the point that i know i can do it...and i can look in the mirror and be content with how i look. I'm very self conscious so this decision will be hard for me. I look forward to hearing from all of you and being a part of the forum! I posted some random pics of myself hope you like them! p.s. and a fun fact for you...im a twin : )

I'm very self conscious so this decision will be hard for me. I look forward to hearing from all of you and being a part of the forum! I posted some random pics of myself hope you like them! p.s. and a fun fact for you...im a twin : ) Now, when I first read this post... I started getting this feeling, like "I know this girl..... but from where?" I kind of racked my brain, double-checked IMDB.com, and sifted through my Facebook friends looking for any clues, because I HATE when I get one of those "Ummmm..... (scratch head)" moments - BUT GOOD NEWS, I was finally able to figure it out suddenly while sort of scrolling through your pictures and saw that shot of your shredded quads in jean shorts on what appeared to be a honeymoon - ITS YOU! Ohhh..... DOH! I was like "Obvious!" Now I can totally remember, the only girl I know who looks better than any other girl, while eating 6,000 calories a day non-stop on their honeymoon with separated quads and diamond etched calves, running in slow motion down the freshly splashed sandy beach as a light storm system blows in just off the shore. Now that my momentary brain lapse has completely recovered, looks like I am the first to welcome you to the forum! WELCOME! I guess it stands to reason, since I spend more time on here, than on average I spend involved in the combined activities of sleeping, breathing, eating, training, cooking, and showering during each 24-hour period. You're going to really like it here, you'll notice (have already noticed) some very familiar places... although you might not need the prodding and contemplating to remember them as I did you, lol. Greg Wilson, Gregg Bond, Kyle Harris, Eric Broser, Joel Ruehs, Chad Mace, Dave (D1), and some really cool figure athletes are on here too (but I never talked to them, I swear! hahaha!). I am 101% positive I'm leaving some names out, which is always the risk I run, but I just wanted to throw down some faces for you to look out for (and I mean LOOK OUT!) It has been amazing having you as my partner, and my training partner, and I never would have guessed we would be preparing for shows together. What an awesome experience, and an awesome streak of luck I've been on since meeting you those year ago. (ouch, my lips are getting sore... I need some chapstick stat!) LOL! I hope you'll chime in on my prep journal, and begin your own as well... you can only grow and improve here, mentally and physically when coupled with that nifty home gym we have been making use of! Also, ENJOY THAT PLASMAJET... cause Sugar Daddio doesn't know if re-upping on those beautiful little capsules is in the immediate budgetary future - although your strength has been going through the ROOF (which is also expensive, fixing that roof every time you bench press!) If your ole' other-half over here can't indulge in ANY supplements (Stealth, Size On, Mitotropin, Cytolean, etc) what makes you think you can!? LOL... luckily though, you've got the genetics of a Jay Cutler and Nicole Wilkins-Lee love child! PS: You're a twin?

I never thought I'd hear myself say that I might do a show its all so scary to me. But i am getting closer and closer everyday to making my decision. I know it would be an amazing experience i just cant get over the thought of everyone looking at me. I know i know what your thinking so i wont even say it. I hope that i can get up the confidence to do shows with you as well but maybe i can take some kind of drug that helps my nerves go away : ) All kidding aside though I'd love to do a show and actually see what my potential is in the sport : ) Thanks for all the encouragement Arny I sure do LO....ohh wait i almost forgot this is not that kind of forum....i meant to say... You're alright kid! hehe

I cant wait for the ASC its going to be awesome! I'm soo glad you're going.....and CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I'm very excited for you. Is she coming with you to C-bus? Yes she is coming this year, an ASC virgin she will no longer be. We will be attending Saturday and probably go back in the afternoon Sunday before heading home. We just spent the weekend down in C'bus and she shopped for 5 solid hours. I told her get it out now because ASC weekend does not allow for shopping in the schedule. I got a dirty look on that statement.

Sadly...... very sadly....... we will not be able to partake in Cheesecake Factory this year

Another time, or another place back home when you can partake of the BAD foods !!
