I've been using PRRS for the past few months and I love it. I just keep growing and growing. I'm 6'2'' 301lbs. I lift 5 days a week using Broser's PRRS and run 2 miles 4-5 days a week and do H.I.I.T. 2-3 days a week. In the last four months i've lost 4 inches in my waist and gained 6 pounds. I want to cut body fat and I have enought to spare. Ideally i think I could get pretty lean at 250lbs. I'm benching between 455-470lbs and can deadlift almost 600 lbs so i'm carrying a decent amount of muscle. I'm eating very clean no junk no beer. I am taking SuperPump, Myofusion, ON Caesin, and Dark Matter. I want to start paying closer attention to my actual calorie intake. This is what I am planning and need input. 450 grams of protein 1800 Protein Calories 72% of calories 38 grams of fat 350 Fat Calories 14% of calories 88 grams 350 Carb Calories 14% of calories 2500 Total Calories Any suggestions? Also I think using the BMR calculator i'm able to have maybe an extra 300 calories/day based on the amount I work out. My goal is at least 1lb of fat per week gone. Anything less then 2800 calories a week I should be losing more that 1lb of fat per week. Thanks everyone. Attachments:

Welcome to my board Brad and thanks for giving my PRRS training a try. Glad to see it is working for you. You are a beast and once you cut down there is likely an impressive amount of muscle waiting to be unwrapped!

Thanks Eric. I always get comments about my size and I've built it all natural which i'm proud of. I'm looking forward to cutting up now. I'm excited to give EFX products a try once I run out of my current supplements. I'm liking everything I'm reading and seeing. I am working on talking my training partner into driving out to the Arnold Expo with me so hopefully I'll get to meet some you EFX guys. Love what your doing. Its truly an inspiration.

That would be awesome to see you at the ASC! EFX/PRRS is a powerful combo for sure!

Welcome. This is an amazing board and Eric is an amazing human mbeing. A great friend and excellent coach. His P/RR/S program and FD/FS program are the best out there.
I commend you for your goals!
Your carbs look pretty low though. Have you thought of dropping the SuperPump because of the carb content and using a zero carb pre workout drink like NO Shotgun or WTF Pump'd? You could have a meal consisting of protein and healthy fat 90-min before you train then have one of those 2 carb free pre wo drinks. This way you can have carbs with breakfast and pre workout essentially utilizing more stored fat for fuel while keeping glycogen relatively full for optimal performance.
