Hey there. Been reading a little on prrs, and found it interesting. Needing a bit of a change in my workout just to keep things fresh and to keep growing. I'm 27, 5'6 145lbs right now. Looking to get to 155 as quickly as possible. I started out 4 months ago at 130lbs. I'm an idiot when it comes to putting a workout together so I've been looking through the journals and haven't found anything yet but I'll keep reading.
