Best Insulin Mimetic on the market?

Hey everyone

Along with the Final Week carb-loading, in order to force the most glycogen into the muscle, I have utilized OTC Insulin Mimetic in the past, and was wondering what your thought were on the matter - as well as what current product would elicit the best intended reaction for my specific goals?

Anabolic Innovations makes a very good product (by the label at least) if anyone has any thoughts, I would greatly appreciate them - THANKS! -Arny

Cinnulin-PF is a good one....or Banaba Extract. I mostly just stick to my Cell-Tech for the Insulin spiking, but I dont suggest it to everyone, cuz for some reason or anothers simple sugars when i am dieting dont bother me if I only use it for PWO purposes.

Banaba has a lot of promising research indeed! The Corosolic acid (at a yield of 18% of higher) has some potential awesome uses when applied toward our intended end-result. However, human trials and true peer-reviewed independent trials are SLOW to come out of the medical/University community!

True....Applied Nutraceuticals NeoVar has it in it, but you never really hear too much feed back on how effective it really is.....Hopefully they will do more research in the future.
