Hello Everyone!
New to these boards after seeing quite a few posts on BB.com. I'm 25 yrs old and been steady lifting for about 2 years. Before that its was on and off since high school. I never played any sports other then basketball when I was younger. I'm 6'4 and been bulking pretty dirty since x-mas so im hovering around 245-250. I had cut down to ~221 right at thanksgiving.
I have been bulking along with Thermolife's T-bol, E-bol, C-bol and Bioforge. I will finish my bulk this coming Sunday. After that i plan to cut through summer.
Goals for right now are to maximize strength.. I just love seeing high numbers. Although I do want to shape and cut up nice. Kind of what everyone wants to do I suppose. Getting super shredded isn't my priority right now, nice definition is nice though.
I have started P/RR/S 1.5 weeks ago and am in the middle of my first RR week. I am waiting for the DVD to come in also.. ordered it this weekend.
I consider myself week for my size compared to others my age and weight, alot of people tell me different but it is what it is. Some current stats:
Flat bench: 1x305, 265x4
Decline bench: 1x345, 275x5
Incline bench: 4x225, DB 5x100
Deadlift: 1x425, 4x395
Squat: 1x500, 6x405
Military press: 6x155
Legpress 3x1100
Some of these haven't been tested in a few weeks as I haven't had a spotter with me at times and there weren't very many available people around.
My nutrition right now is very poor, I take animal pak, NOW omega 3-6-9, GNC whey/anabolic extreme whey.
I work full time ~8-430ish, and work loves to send me out of town so with traveling it screws with my training. I have been out of town for the passed 5 weeks but managed to find a gym that would let me pay per day, still screws with training because i tend to work longer hours and don't necessarily get to train on the day I want to.
I think this might be enough for an introduction, I can answer pretty much any other questions desired lol..
