I'm currently shadowing a Physician at a huge hospital, and I'm trying to get good marks with this guy so he can referr me to a good school.
He works 6pm to 6am. I want to stay the entire time.
But I can't figure out what would hold me over for that long in meals.
If another person were to ask me what to eat, I would make a shake with 6 scoops protein, 2 TBSP peanut butter, 200g carb of oatmeal/banana and just sipp it through out the 12hours.
Any body think this is a good idea?

I would stick with some peanut butter yes, oatmeal sounds good as well. As for the protein source, what type of protein were you thinking? I would suggest milk protein isolate and milk protein concentrate. It is mainly slow digesting I think around 80% slow and 20% fast ( whey). If milk protein concentrate and isolate gets too expensive, then do a mix of 50% whey and 50% milk protein iso and concentrate. This combination has worked the best for me overall of any type of protein and I think it would be well suited for a longer time as well.
