I was reading about his training and diet, this kid is 17 and started at 140 lbs and put on 30-40 lbs of straight up LBM in less than a year's time, naturally. His diet was spot on, his training was similar to PRRS focusing on muscle confusion, and I am SICK TO DEATH of people telling me you can't gain that much in a year's time. I told a board of how much mass I'd gained in a year and they all totally ATTACKED me telling me there's no way, not possible, stfu, other rude things, especially one woman who showed jealousy in the past that I can get so ripped with minimal effort. She told me she had to gain 40 lbs of fat to gain 10 lbs of lean muscle. And I know you guys are experiencing gains similar to this young kid in a year's time. Taylor grew up doing martial arts/bow staff, never really lifted weights, and now look at him. If your diet is ON, your training ON, you CAN easily gain that much mass in a year naturally. When I told this board, they acted like I was saying I parted the Red Sea. They are OBVIOUSLY not training or dieting properly if they have to get fat before they can get lean and muscular.
If a 17 year old actor can do it, so can anyone.
BTW I'm a total cougar for Taylor. I heart Rob Pattinson too but I'm kinda torn between Team Jacob and Team Edward.

lol, fair enough, i might have to watch them. I think my cousin's into them, is one called new moons? You should audition, i've decided i want to put on enough mass that by the time im 30 that i want to be able to have auditioned for the original hulk lol.

I've got a tank that says "Team Edward- except when Jacob is shirtless" lol! I just have to split my love of them down the middle cuz I love them both! Paris- read the books first. There are 4. The second book/movie was New Moon that's what you were thinking of. Eclipse just came out. LOVED IT! OMG I wanna pet those wolves they are so cuuuuuuute! Eric should totally be a wolf. LOL it's so funny when they get pissed and BAM they transform and their clothes split. |

I studied kinesiology from a functional/sports specific perspective when I was a personal trainer, never did "body building" with my clients. Now I just listen to Eric and leave the reading to him. I'm far too lazy lol |

Pumping Iron is a 1970/1980's documentary about arnold swarzeneger and the man who played the original hulk, seen it before but it is amazing so i thought i'd order it.
