Hey y'all. I heard about this new program called power rep range shock. Anyone know if it works?
Also, do gears make you jacked?

Yes...PRRS works and so do steroids (gears). However, HERE we only advocate the use of PRRS!

Yes sir both may get you the results but only one will last. PRRS and if the millions of published articles did not tell you the system works. Everyone in here will tell you and show you their results as you gaze through the journals and competition pics in photo ops.
Gear is a temporary gain and who wants that?

Gear is a temporary gain and who wants that? Not only that, but lifting natural is a much healthier alternative. I am not about to start listing all the side effects of "gears", but they are simply not safe, and the long term side effects can be devastating. Natural is the only way to go.

Thx for the feedback. I'm starting shock week today. I disagree that natty is the only way to go. I've found that training is a whole lot more fullfilling on AAS, not to mention that the gains that go with it. If you have not added AAS to your regimin, I would highly recommend that you consider it.
Here is an interesting study done by Yale University on the use of AAS.
Pu.ss.ies are less likely to bulk up with steroids -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEW YORK--According to a report released by Yale University’s sports medicine department, pus.ss.ies are less likely to bulk up with steroids than real men. Doctors at the school interviewed hundreds of professional athletes and monitored test results from around the world. The numbers indicated that the vast majority of steroid users are tough, courageous warriors, while non-users tend to be total f*g**ts who are afraid to take the slightest risk to improve their game.
“This is the most comprehensive study ever done on the subject of steroid use in sports,” said Dr. James Bryant, head of the university’s department of sports medicine and author of the study. “We talked to a vast array of professional athletes, and our data seems to indicate a clear apprehension on the part of girl thingys to try performance enhancing supplements. These wimpy half-men have tested negative for illegal steroids time and time again. The pattern is obvious. Steroids are clearly the domain of courageous macho athletes who want to take it to the next level. Everyone else is perfectly content at their current gay level.”
In order to prove his point, Bryant named several athletes who are currently under suspicion of steroid use.
“Gary Sheffield, Jason Giambi, Barry Bonds, Mark McGwire , Bill Romanowski—nobody would accuse these gentlemen of being girl thingys,” said Bryant. “Clearly they’re all man from head to toe. Now, let’s look at some of the players who have not tried steroids: Derek Jeter, David Eckstein, Julio Lugo, Luis Castillo--pussy, pussy, pussy, and pussy. There certainly is no disputing this data.”
Many steroid users say they are driven by an intense desire to excel and gain an edge on their opponents.
“I use because I’m such a competitor,” said one NFL player. “I use because I’m the type of person that refuses to accept defeat or settle for second place. But mostly, I use because I’m an adventurous, tough motherf**ker. Plus, they make me want to kill people, which is pretty useful if you play in the NFL.”
On the contrary, some athletes who have have not tried steroids claim to be turned off by the idea of injecting illegal drugs into their bodies.
“I don’t want to ruffle any feathers here, but I think the guys who do steroids are really playing with fire,” said one major leaguer, who asked not to be identified. “The reason why I don’t take illegal supplements is because they are harmful to the body and could have lasting side effects. Also, they’re against the law. It certainly wouldn’t behoove me to run afoul of the law, would it? I’m just using a little common sense. It doesn’t mean I’m a f*g**t, it means I’m a warrior. A common sense warrior! Wow, that does sound kind of gay.”
The report also implied that steroid use makes professional sports more exciting and those who refuse to try them should reconsider.
“I don’t see what the big deal is. They could at least just try it for a while to see if it works,” said Bryant. “It’s not like they’re going to die or anything. The sports world has been enhanced greatly by these illegal supplements. Look at how popular baseball became when those behemoths started driving balls out of the park. Look how hard-hitting and violent the NFL is. Clearly, the f*g**t demographic is preventing professional sports from being more compelling, and I seriously think they should reconsider their position. Especially the Steelers players. Their defense was porous last year.”
Bryant noted that many of those who refuse to take steroids are afraid of being caught and penalized by their respective leagues. The federal government has already mandated that illegal supplements and stimulants should be stricken from the sports landscape. Regardless, certain types of players continue to dope up anyway.
“You see that certain types of people are not afraid to inject a little THG into the meaty part of their thigh before a game, despite the obvious legal ramifications,” said Bryant. “These people combine athletic ability with a tough-mindedness and determination to do whatever it takes to win. They are risking their health and their freedom by taking these drugs, but they continue to do so anyway because their standards of excellence are so high. The others, well, they just don’t have that same kind of drive. I won’t pass judgment on these people, but I will say that they should take off the goddamn skirts.”
Now that the report has been released, officials from all four major sports are working to determine how it should affect steroid testing. Bud Selig, commissioner of Major League Baseball, hinted that the conclusions in the report might help the league determine which players are a threat to try steroids, and which are not.
“It’s an intriguing study,” said Selig. “It certainly doesn’t change my opinion that steroids are a curse and should be eliminated, but it might assist us in streamlining the testing process. For instance, we know which players in the league are girl thingys, and we can pretty much avoid testing them. The true men in the league, however, should be monitored closely. Sheffield, Giambi, Sosa—all those guys are man enough to take some dope, and we’ll be keeping an eye on them. The rest of those yellow-bellied cowards can go home to their mommies and cry about it, for all I care.”

I'm not natty (I'm a woman) but if you choose to use gear, you MUST be of an appropriate age, have made it to your genetic potential all naturally just eating properly with a diet that's scientifically sound (it's complicated, you really need a coach for proper diet), and have a training system that brings you to your natural potential. If you're over the age of 25, have busted your ass, and have tried PRRS or FD/FS or another realllly awesome training system and you still want more gains, then you MUST be as educated about gear as any medical student. You MUST understand that like any drug, it must be used properly, safely, and most men, and even women, do NOT. That's why you'll find most people who train with Eric or with PRRS do not do gear. They use top notch supplements and take the time to build naturally. No offense, but how old are you? How long have you been training to your full maximum potential? And what kind of dose do you think is "appropriate". I know assloads about gear and I can even plan out proper PCT for a man because I did my research until my eyeballs fell out. Gear should only be 10% of what you rely on for results. FOOD is the most anabolic substance, in the right quantities, tailored to YOU specifically, and training is the rest of the equation. You go relying on gear to do all the work for you, you may get bad sides and not reach your full potential. Try PRRS and FD/FS and a diet Eric can create for you plus a training plan, and like a lot of guys on here you can EASILY gain 25 lbs NATTY in a year's time on his plan. I gained 40 and I'm a woman. Check out my training journal. I'm doing what the men are doing, sometimes at the same weights, and I slabbed on MAJOR mass with relying on training and diet and a small amount of EQ. But the EQ was just a little boost. NEVER rely on gear to get your results. It seems like you're not so sure about gear so feel free to email me and ask questions, just because I'm a woman I know my sh#t backwards and forwards. I have 2 cardiologists in my family and I've learned the biggest side of abusing gear is cardiac-wise. I've been on forums where there's guys using 3 grams of gear a week to get huge, and at age 30 drop from a heart attack. That's 3,000 mgs a week. That's potentially a death sentence. There must have been about 6 guys on that forum who'd had a myocardial infarction from abuse of gear. So, in conclusion, I say stay away from gear. Rely on the magic that is PRRS, talk to Eric, get a diet from him and a program, it's worth every single cent. Try EFX supplements, some of them are almost as powerful as gear, esp the Kre-Alk creatine, trust me. Bottom line. Bust your ass. Leave the pinning for much later.

I doubt that exact verbage was released from Yale University but it's your body and your choice as to what you want to put into it. I've been down that path and like the results I have now more than I ever did during the gear years.
Plus its a hot topic in the Federal world so there are more risks than just health. 2-3 years ago there were major busts and its not over yet. If you get caught its not worth the risk. Mentally you will want to commit suicide when you may be forced to stop cold turkey and then go from big to small.
This board is far from your pu.ss.ie.s column
