I found out about PRRS and FD/FS a little over a year ago by reading a training log by Hoopie. After studying the training style, I found it was a lot different from my high volume method, but I wanted to give it a go. It's been awesome. There are days, however, that my body just craves those high volume workouts but I just keep on keeping on with PRRS. Thanks for the board, I've been lurking for a while...just now joining. I wanted to compete this year (my first), but I still have a long way to go to get to my necessary BF%. I started my cut a little too late
