Do any of you guys just get so drained when it's so hot and humid out? Loss of appetite, no energy to lift, etc. Even when you're in an AC place it's like the heat and humidity still get in there. It's exhausting! I love training in fall and winter. Summer sucks!

Wish i could say i was too warm, in the falklands, is freezing, would happily trade, I've even got thermals on!

i don't like being cold, rather be 2 warm, roll on 2 months time!! I like the temperature to be around 60 degrees. Not sure what that is celcius. It's nice and cool but not cold at all, you can walk outside for cardio and not get overheated, leave windows open, it's nice. Up here where I live it's basically 100 degrees burning hot or 20 below zero lol.
