If you haven't used Eric had the blessing of having Eric as a Coach I highly recommend it! For some time I have gotten what I would call is LEG DAY ANXIETY! It's a nerve wracking yet enjoyable feeling. It typically starts the eve prior to a leg day. I have been building gruelling leg workouts on top of each other week by week, month by month for a couple of years. My legs have been a weak point, and through hard work and determination I have slowly brought them up. For the longest time, my legs didn't respond much to training, but with Eric's help they are starting to get beaten out of this "sticking" point. The only problem is that I realize each and every week is going to be tougher than the previous week. This morning I woke up to check my new workout for today and it was no different! YOWZERS! I think Eric is trying to kill me! ;D

This is soooo true, especially for me as my legs are such a weak point... I can imagine Eric at his computer, sitting there laughing as he's typing out our leg day... It's gotta be the highlight of his day putting us through this!! Strangely enough we all love it!!

Sometimes I get this vibe when I'm doing legs. It's right at that moment when I want to stop a set, sit down, vomit, or just say, "this is crazy...what the hell am I doing to myself." Then as I said, this vibe hits me...it's like Master Yoda (aka Eric) mentally scolding me and prodding me. It's not a viscious angry scold, just like a look with a little finger wag...followed by a nod of confidence when I proceed and continue to brutalize myself.

I'm there going I'm gonna pass out or puke wtf no normal person puts themselves through this hell and then I get this sense from Eric saying oh come on, this is child's play for you Corrie! You make men look like mice! You're a WARRIOR! Then I get jazzed again and imagine myself with face paint and feathers in my hair lol

LOL (at above). Sometimes, when I get my diets from him and he takes carbs away I picture him as the soup nazi (Eric and I are both big Seinfeld fans) saying, "NO CARBS FOR YOU!" and then it makes me laugh...kind of.
