Okay... say you're using the rep range 4-6 reps or 7-9 or 13-15, etc. For example, let's just say I am using the 4-6 rep range. How many reps do I do? 4 or 6? Or do I choose between 4, 5, or 6 reps. Or do I do 6 reps, and I cannot get 6 then do 4 or 5?

Pick a weight that you can complete the bottom of the range (4) and fail at the top of the range (6). If you can complete the high range then move up in weight.
