Hello to everyone. I'll give a little background. I've been lifting for almost 3 yrs now altogether, however, 2 of those yrs have been serious. I've only been on three different programs. One is a all compound program, one is a extended set program and the final one is P/RR/S. I have done PRRS for a couple of months in the past and liked it. I am currently back on the compound program, but this is my last week on it and then starting next monday i'm back on my 1st week of PRRS. I'm pretty excited this time around. Thanks for the forum and i'm looking forward to everything.
