hey fellas, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. wanted to start a post regarding off-season cardio. just a little insight to see what everyone thinks is a good amount of cardio to do during the off-season, for how long, how many days and if it should be done morning on empty stomach or after training?

This is a very broad question and varies greatly depending upon the person. I typically do zero cardio in the off season.....but this year will be different as i'm trying to stay lean year round so I'll always keep it in 3-4 days post workout for 20 min.

2 or 3 times 20 min in a week
