Ok so reading through the advanced portion of PRRS, power and rep range seem pretty simply.
1. Power Range- One technique was 5, 3, 1 training...
2. Rep Range- It mentioned having multiple rep ranges for each exercise or upping the number of reps....
3. ***WHERE I NEED HELP***SHOCK- It mentions many different techniques, such as stage reps, x reps, rest pause, forced negatives etc..
Now, do you add these in to your regular shock protocol?(2 supersets followed by a drop set) Or is it in place of the super and drop sets?
so like number 1
Cable Crossover/Smith Incline(forced negatives) Dips(rest pause)/Flyes DB bench DROP set
or is like number 2
LEG Curl(forced negative) Leg extension(x reps) etc
If its like number 2, how many sets and number of reps are we suppose to follow??
HOPE THAT MADE SENSE!
THANKS any replies!

You do not ADD them, but use them in place of DS/SS. But you do not have to use ALL advanced shock techniques in one workout. You can use just one and also use a superset or dropset.

Hack Squat 2 x 8-10 -(stage reps) Leg Press/squat 2 x 8-10 Leg Extension (X- Reps) IS THAT THE RIGHT IDEA? IF NOT(or regardless) id appreciate a sample please! THANKS!
