Hey guys I'm wondering if anyone has tried a mono style of PRRS? So just one working set to complete failure (blood and guts style), If so.... How did you find it? I'd love to know if The One had tried this.

That said, most of the time I prefer 2 sets per exercise...1 to acclimate and 1 to annihilate.

When you say acclimate, does this mean the lead up set to the annihilation set is done with an intensity that brings moderate strain? Actually, I go as hard as possible on that first set...but, I often find that I do not completely find my "groove" for a movement on the initial set. But on the second one everything feels spot on!
